Description
On offer here is this Vintage Susie Cooper Art Deco Kestrel Wedding Ring Band Teapot. I have done some research online and found it was most likely produced between 1930-1939. It is in good overall condition with or damage, though there are areas of wear and tear to the glazing and paint. The outside shows moderate crazing, and the inside shows very heavy crazing, exacerbated by tea staining. The bottom is stamped 'A Susie Cooper Production. Crown Works. Burslem. England.' A number below this has unfortunately worn off, and there is a larger '42' below this, moulded in the pottery itself.
