What We Lend On
Luxury items
For high-value pieces (Louis Vuitton, Prada, Gucci, Rolex, etc.), bring the original box, papers, receipts, dust bags, and any accessories. The more complete the set, the more we can offer.
We can also authenticate luxury goods in-store using Entrupy, a third-party service used by resellers and auction houses worldwide. The fee is $50, paid upfront by the customer (exactly what Entrupy charges us, no markup). If we go on to buy the item, the $50 is reimbursed.
Frequently Asked Questions
Loans run for an initial 3-month period. If you need more time, you can extend the loan by paying fees for however long you need. One month of fees extends the loan by another month. If the loan isn't repaid or extended within that time, the item is defaulted and sold to recover the amount owed.
Loaned items are stored securely on-site at the location where the loan was taken out. We take every reasonable precaution, but we cannot insure your property ourselves. That's covered under your home and contents insurance while the item is in our care. Most home insurance policies will cover items held on loan, but check with your insurer if you're unsure. We are not responsible for losses or damage that fall outside reasonable care.
